In this position, you will provide essential maintenance and repair services across multiple premier healthcare locations, including Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Eye Surgical Associates, Nebraska Surgery Center, and Sutton Dermatology + Aesthetics. Schedule: Full-time (80 hours/pay period) | Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repair: Install and repair building fixtures and equipment across all owned and leased properties. Project Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to complete work orders and renovation projects efficiently. Equipment Oversight: Maintain tools and supplies (drills, saws, etc.) to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
