Purpose of Position: As a Fleet Manager at West Shore Home, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles. This role drives fleet forecasting, procurement, cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering cross-functionally to support rapid organizational growth. The Fleet Manager ensures the fleet is right-sized, cost-effective, safe, and aligned with company performance and branding standards.
