Based in San Jose and reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this role will serve as a senior talent partner to business leaders and will be responsible for delivering high-impact hiring outcomes across operations, manufacturing, technical, and corporate business functions. This leader will drive global recruiting strategy, build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of top talent aligned to Lumentum’s growth objectives.
