Provides patients with basic information regarding location, appointment information, physician referral/authorization and answers any other questions asked by patients. Complies with department and organization-wide policies, Critical Access Hospital requirements, Safety, and Infection Control, and all Federal and State of Colorado regulations related to the performance of Keefe Memorial Hospital operations and requirements of the compliance program. SIGNIFICANT DUTIES: Schedules patients in both the hospital and clinic setting. Enters pertinent patient information to ensure that accurate documentation is always kept on patients.
