Role Description: The AI Adoption Coach delivers practical, high-touch AI adoption across Novigi, helping staff build confidence and capability through real work, live tooling and structured coaching pathways. The role translates the AI function's adoption pathways, tooling standards, fluency model and microagent pipeline into safe, repeatable and valuable AI-augmented ways of working, while surfacing adoption friction, tooling gaps, use case opportunities and stories of impact.
