Payloads Engineering Manager - 777, SIT, Core, IRC Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Payloads Engineering Managers (Level K) in Everett, Washington to lead high-performing BCA Payloads engineering teams providing a variety of technical solutions and complex project oversight in support of existing and future commercial airplane products. The successful candidate will have strong engineering expertise, ability to guide multi-faceted projects to completion, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships. Assignment of final responsibility could be in any one of the primary Payloads organizations in Everett: 777, Seat Integration Team (SIT), Payloads Core, and Interiors Responsibility Center - WA. Final determination will be based on best fit and alignment of experience. Position Responsibilities: Keeps safety and quality at the forefront of all activities.
