Payroll Analyst II

Job description

Basic Job Functions: Performs Payroll processing and analysis and review of payroll data. Serves as specialist on new tax/payroll requirements and works with ADP to ensure that needs are properly addressed. Administers payroll for expatriates and short/long term project assignees. Education/Experience: - 3 + years’ experience in Payroll or Accounting. - Strong knowledge of state and federal Payroll related regulations. - Working knowledge of ADP payroll and Oracle timekeeping systems. - 2 - year college degree required in accounting or related fields; 4-year degree preferred. Required Skills/Competencies: - Highly motivated, people sensitive, results oriented. - Excellent interpersonal and management skills. - Process oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. - Must be detailed oriented. - Strong research and problem-solving skills. - Aptitude for learning and utilizing systems. - Need to be hands-on. - Knowledge of multi-state Payroll process and tax implications. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc. - Proven computer skills in ADP and Oracle timekeeping systems.
