Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Product Management, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in product dtrategy, product management, business administration, HR strategy, talent management, or management consulting. - Experience working across HR and product teams on programs. - Experience building AI-powered tools for employees or consumers. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving continuous improvement. - Experience translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions. - Experience working with engineering or operations teams with strong technical acumen. - Understanding of product life-cycle and product development best practices (not simply program or project management). - Understanding of key talent and career trends. - Ability to influence and exceed as a part of cross-functional teams, effectively managing competing priorities, ensuring alignment, and influencing design and product decisions...
