The Role: The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a development program for applicants with established experience (3-5 years) in the manufacturing and operations space. This opportunity will provide the applicants with three individual assignments aimed to help increase their skillset while building leadership experience, preparing them for future career advancement at Entegris. The OLDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the program’s custom learning curriculum. OLDP seeks to advance participants’ development through the completion of three 1-year assignments in the areas of production supervision, planning (demand, production, etc.), and continuous improvement.
