QA Lab Administration Technician Department: Quality: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: New Braunfels, Texas: Reporting To: Manny Perez: Compensation: $18.00 / hour: Description: We are CURRENTLY seeking a phenomenal Quality Lab Tech to join our growing team! To provide administrative support for ongoing product testing to ensure Customer Compliance. Key Responsibilities: What does a typical day look like? I'm glad you asked! - Perform quality checks on incoming material - Incoming C of A Supplier Verification based on incoming product quality checks - Prepare C of A’s based on lab testing and forward to the appropriate Customer base - Outgoing C of A verification based on CGT Lab verification testing - Internal production releasing based on in process data review - Perform monthly audits with corrective action follow-up (as necessary) - Conduct flammability testing on all automotive material - Collect and file all process paperwork - Input production test data into the proper format for Customer submission - Compile SPC test data for all special and / or critical characteristics - Retain and itemize test records, specimens, and lot retain samples - Assemble and retain producti...
