White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Therapy Technician (CNA) for our Inpatient Rehabilitation department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Therapy Technician, you will: - Assist the therapist in treating patients - Transport patients to and from scheduled activities (teams, therapy, dining) - Ordering patient durable medical equipment for discharge - Inventory of supplies and documents - Communicating schedule changes to patients and families - Cleaning of equipment ( wheelchairs, durable medical equipment, mats) - Additional duties as assigned Qualifications include: - High School education and diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience working with therapy (PT/OT/SLP) strongly preferred - Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant - Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: *Students who are looking to advance to PT/OT/ST/TR are encouraged to apply* Employment Type: Per...
