Your mission At VÆRIDION, we are building the future of sustainable aviation. As part of our Commercial Team, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business development, sales and investor relations, directly supporting our Chief Business Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scaling a deep-tech startup and actively contribute to shaping how we position our company in the market. Your Day-to-Day: - You co-create and refine VÆRIDION s external narrative: building compelling presentations, pitch decks, and commercial materials for partners, customers, and investors . - You conduct structured research on markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes in the aviation and deep -tech space . - You support strategic initiatives led by the CBO , from partnership development to commercial strategy execution . - You contribute to the development of business cases, go-to-market approaches, and commercial analyses . - You work closely with cross-functional teams ( growth, engineering, strategy, finance) to align commercial perspectives .
