Overview Sun Com Mobile is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Specialist to support the development of training materials, internal training communications, and engaging content for our store teams and leaders. This role focuses on designing clear, engaging learning experiences and documentation that help employees understand new processes, programs, and expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to translate complex information into simple, effective training and communication content for a fast-paced retail environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this role will support training initiatives for bilingual field teams.
