JOB TITLE: Section Leader (Secondment Opportunity - 6 months) SHIFT: Evening 1500-2300: DEPARTMENT: Operations: LOCATION: West Drayton: REPORTS TO: Shift Manager: JOB PURPOSE: The Section Leader will oversee daily operations within a designated section of the manufacturing process, ensuring that Safety protocols, production targets and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong management, operational efficiency and commitment to contentious improvement to drive performance and meet business objectives. POSITION RESPONSBILITIES: · Heath and Safety Promote a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to all health and safety policies. Conduct risk assessment and safety audits regularly, addressing hazard proactively. · Operational Management ; Manage and coordinate activities to meet production schedules.
