The Manager, Field Sales Engineering leads a high-performing team that serves as the technical backbone of our sales organization. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the technical discovery, solution design, and Proof of Concept (POC) stages for our advanced identification solutions within complex hospital environments. You are responsible for ensuring your team successfully navigates the intricacies of EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and wireless networking challenges. As a strategic partner to the Sales team, the FSE team plays a vital role in helping customers architect end-to-end solutions that modernize clinical workflows and ensure seamless connectivity across mission-critical healthcare systems. Travel up to 50%. Qualifications: Team Leadership & Technical Mentorship: - Direct Management: Lead, coach, and scale a national team of Field Sales Engineers. - Technical Upskilling: Ensure the team remains subject matter experts in barcode/RFID technology, thermal printing, barcode scanners and mobile workstation integration. - Resource Allocation: Strategically assign FSEs to high-value accounts based on technical complexity, territory and sales priority....
