Position Title: Nursing Clinical Director Job Description: Under the direction of the Director for the School of Nursing, the Clinical Director of Nursing provides leadership and oversight for the clinical education component of the School of Nursing at Mount St. Mary’s University. This position is responsible for coordinating high-quality clinical learning experiences, supporting clinical faculty and preceptors, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements, and promoting student readiness for professional nursing practice. In keeping with the School of Nursing’s mission, the Clinical Director also helps ensure that clinical education forms students in ethical clinical judgment, respect for human dignity, and compassionate, person-centered care especially in service to communities most in need.
