Job Title: MBA Consultant, Enterprise Analytics & Insights Location: Jericho, NY (On-site/4 days in office, 1 day remote) Compensation: $35–$45 per hour Position Overview: 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., a leading provider of gourmet food and floral gifts and a family of iconic brands, is seeking a highly motivated MBA candidate or recent graduate to support a 10-week strategic project focused on enterprise analytics and business insights. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization. The associate will help improve visibility into key metrics, streamline reporting processes, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
