Job Description Summary: Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week Mon-Fri, no weekends & no holidays · Hours of Operation: 9:00am - 5:30pm Come join the OhioHealth Infusion Pharmacy team! This role offers a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members to provide care to patients transitioning from the hospital to their homes. You will be an integral part of the referral process to ensure our patients are set up for success by utilizing your clinical expertise, great communication skills and attention to detail. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide patient education on how to setup their IV hookups independently.
