Trainee Merchandiser, Womenswear

Job description

What’s the role about? As our Trainee Merchandiser, you’ll support the Womenswear Merchandising team in planning and trading product categories through accurate reporting, data management and system maintenance. This is a fast-paced and analytical role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the department, supporting decision-making and helping to drive sales, stock and margin performance. Working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser, as well as cross-functional teams and suppliers, you’ll help ensure product is delivered on time, systems are accurate and the business is set up for successful trading across all channels. Who you are: - Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Confident working with data, reporting and systems, with good Excel skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support commercial decisions. - Strong communicator, able to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. - Proactive and eager to learn, with a keen interest in merchandising and retail. - A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced env...
