Job description

Job Overview Perform operating system & application installations, upgrades, and imaging for personal computing devices, peripheral devices, and office productivity software applications. Provides technical assistance to the end-user community. Manages technology projects in accordance with established project management methodology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience utilizing enterprise desktop management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or Intune. The candidate should also have considerable knowledge of enterprise endpoint infrastructure support and maintenance of multi-platform hardware and software solutions for enterprise personal computers, peripherals, and end user devices. They should have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues associated with enterprise personal computers, peripherals, and end user devices.
