Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution. - Experience with sales and operations planning, integrated business planning. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience leading transformational programs that integrate physical supply into digital planning systems using ERP systems, Kinaxis, or SAP. - Experience managing teams or organizational functions. - Experience in management or leadership roles with the ability to present operational strategies to executives. - Experience driving on-time delivery (OTD) and on-time in-full (OTIF) metrics in fast-paced, high-volume environments. - Experience with SQL or other scripting languages with the ability to build custom dashboards to detect systemic risks within the fleet.
