The Kids Ministry Director-Fishers is responsible for providing a safe, engaging environment for kids from Birth-5th grade where children learn God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus wants to be my forever friend. Key Responsibilities: The following job duties, collaborations, and personal growth objectives are critical to the success of this role. As in all roles, other duties may be necessary in order to deliver upon the key outcomes the role is responsible for. Work alongside the Fishers location team in alignment to Connection Pointe’s mission, vision, and values to raise the strongest generation of Christ followers Communicates God’s word to kids in clear, creative, and relevant way s to understand and fall in love with Jesus and his Word.
