Overview The Atlanta Office of a national AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking qualified applicants for a Corporate Paralegal position. A Day in the Life: We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a busy mergers and acquisitions team in the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins. Responsibilities include managing client workflows, supporting M&A transactions, preparing transaction documents and slide decks, filing with Secretaries of State, assisting with legal diligence, researching corporate records across jurisdictions, conducting legal research, and reviewing lien, litigation, and diligence materials. As you grow in the role, you will have opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities and support increasingly complex, time-sensitive projects. We Know You: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following instructions, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
