Position Summary: The Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist supports the execution of learning, training, and knowledge management initiatives by leveraging strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills. This role partners with L&D, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage learning platforms, analyze data, create reports and presentations, and support multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
