Job description

The Assay Innovation Hub Director will lead the development and implementation of innovative testing platforms and methodologies in clinical serology, immunology, and early clinical research evaluation. The Assay Discovery Hub in ADI is envisioned as a centralized, innovative platform dedicated to advancing serological capabilities for various priority vaccine programs for GSK VIDRU organization. Leadership: Lead a team of scientists define assay strategies, develop and validate new testing platforms, and deliver results aligned with company objectives . Foster innovation in clinical serology and early clinical research to address emerging challenges in vaccine development. Partner with other platform heads within ADI in early evaluation of new serological methods and other platforms in Vx CLAP Scientific and Technical Expertise: Develop, maintain , and improve a portfolio of assays to assess vaccine immunogenicity and efficacy. Implement state-of-the-art methodologies through constant scientific and technological surveillance.
