Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Schedulers develop and manage schedules for projects for the manufacturing, program and engineering teams. They assist project managers with schedule planning, coordinating tasks, and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. They also identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Create and maintain manufacturing schedules utilizing the SOW (Statement of Work) and the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), using Dynafact and company scheduling guide. - Work with Production Control and project team to track and report project progress. - Perform schedule analysis using Critical Path Method, Critical Chain Method. - Perform schedule risk analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. - Other duties as requested. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None, this position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: - Advanced computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. - Strong analytical skills....
