Job Description Job Title: Senior Manager PMO: Department: Transformation Management Office: Reports to: Jens Rye, Enterprise Director, Program & Portfolio Management Location: Riga, Latvia: The Senior Manager PMO is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers focusing predominantly on the Finance intersection of a broad set of large, enterprise initiatives. The role oversees project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and governance, while continuously improving project management processes and standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the new project intake process, ensuring a structured and transparent approach to evaluating new initiatives and their impact on the Finance department. The role includes facilitating the assessment and prioritization of projects in alignment with strategic objectives. In close collaboration with stakeholders, the Senior Manager PMO helps define project scope, business value, and overall feasibility to support implementation.
