Manager or Senior Manager, FP&A

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our FP&A team in Iași, Romania and play a key role in strengthening financial planning, reporting, and decision support across the organization. This role combines team leadership, core FP&A process ownership, and active participation in finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with global finance and business stakeholders to improve financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making. The role reports to the Director, FP&A and will be instrumental in developing a high-performing FP&A team while helping modernize financial planning processes and systems as part of Basware’s broader finance transformation journey.
