Shift Lead Security Officer Wage: $22.00/ hour: Prior Experience: - Prior law enforcement, military, or government experience (e.g., DHS, CBP) preferred - Minimum of 2–3 years of security experience in a high‑risk or regulated environment - Associate’s degree or higher in a criminal justice–related field Technical & Operational Skills: - Demonstrated experience in access control, incident management, and customer service within an airport or similarly regulated environment - Experience working with access control platforms - Experience operating or monitoring surveillance and screening systems - Strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and effectively resolve conflicts - Physical ability to respond to emergencies and complete required patrol tours Screening & Certification Requirements: We help make your world a safer place.
