DUTIES: - Provide friendly and courteous service to customers - Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. - Follow company safety and sanitation procedures - Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, seafood cases, backroom - Prepare product for cases - At closing, pull product from cases for proper storage - Handle live seafood - Prepare party trays and selected seafood - Suggestive selling and sampling products for customers - Cook-fry and steam product for customers - Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management TRAINING: Training will be provided at store level.
