SUMMARY: The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for the assignment, coordination, and/or the execution of activities within the maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility. Assists with planning and preparation of work orders, preventative maintenance, and new projects to ensure the plant is maintained is a safe, reliable and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, and utility systems. - Provide training & mentoring for all maintenance employees. - Prioritize maintenance activities and employee tasks based on communication from Maintenance Manager.
