Overview The Early Childhood Education Teacher will teach students with typical and atypical development in a full day, year-round inclusive classroom setting. The incumbent demonstrates understanding of and commitment to the Kennedy Krieger Institute mission, helping students achieve their potential and participate as fully as possible in family, school and community life while striving to excel in providing safe and effective care of the highest quality. The Early Learning Classrooms at Kennedy Krieger is a unique learning center that aims to provide a comprehensive and family-centered education to children aged 3 to 5. Our classrooms are located in the Windsor Mill area of western Baltimore County. We provide an inclusive environment where both typically developing children and children who are neurodiverse can learn together. Responsibilities: - Maintains a classroom environment that is orderly and conducive to learning.
