Job Title Department: Reports to: Thermal Customer Engineer (Technician) – Commissioning Global Service: Base Region & Country APAC - ANZ: Service Operations Manager - Startups: Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent: The purpose of this position is to carry out the maintenance servicing of Vertiv equipment, after hours service work and commissioning as planned and directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Reporting: Commissioning/Service Reports - to be completed within set timeframes. - Time Sheets – Digital reporting tool to be used (i.e., accurately record hours worked, and all call out and response times) each day. Operational Delivery: Maintain relationships between the VERTIV and our customers, by having professional interactions with customers & providing customer feedback to the Vertiv Team. Maintain the supplied company vehicle & personal appearance to the appropriate company standard. - As required, support the Service Team with carrying out maintenance & TM works - Keep up to date with your training requirements across multiple Vertiv technologies.
