About the role We’ve raised over $108M from top investors to build modern AI-driven financial infrastructure. We’re looking for a Account Executive to own deals end-to-end and help us win across startups and mid-market companies. This is a high-ownership role — you’ll build pipeline, close deals, and shape how we sell. Base salary: ~$100k – $150k: OTE (50/50 split): ~$200k – $250k+ What you’ll do: - Build and manage your own pipeline across startups and mid-market accounts - Close fast-moving deals with founders, operators, and finance teams - Partner with product and underwriting to structure pricing and policies - Iterate on messaging and help define our go-to-market motion - Run demos, build relationships, and close deals (often in person) What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of closing experience in startup or mid-market sales - Track record of exceeding quota and driving meaningful revenue - Experience selling $20k–$100k+ deals - Comfortable selling to founders and lean teams - Strong ownership mindset — you run your pipeline and outcomes Bonus: - Background in SaaS or tech sales - Experience selling multi-product or complex offerings - Familiarity with insurance or financial se...
