Coordinator – Human Resources: Expected Tasks: Responsible for coordinating and implementing HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned areas of responsibility. Assisting in provide human resource services to the organization and to assist in the achievement of Human Resource goals and objectives. The coordinator will support the HR Business Partner in performing key HR functions such as reporting, HRIS, Staffing, Recruiting, Organizational changes, and Immigration support. They will analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them. The HR Coordinator will also provide functional advice on HR-related matters to employees and act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with HRIT, if required.
