This role provides senior technical leadership and hands-on execution to drive our 2026 roadmap and beyond. This position will help guide the transformation of SQL Server–based systems into scalable, performant SaaS solutions. This is not an advisory role or a purely architectural role. We need a builder, someone who can design patterns, write high-quality code, influence engineering practices, and actively guide teams.
