Job Summary: The Store Operations Specialist (SOS) leads and trains teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides customers a positive shopping experience. Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy. Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in receiving. Leads team in performing all freight functions including stocking and resets. Ensures Specialists are focused first in their specialized areas. Unload, process, and stock freight to correct location, following merchandising guidelines. Timely and thorough incident reporting compliance. Performs store recovery tasks and housekeeping (inside and out) as required during stocking efforts.
