Elderwood Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to serve as a Regional Float Leader providing supplemental leadership support to our skilled nursing facilities across Western and Central New York. This role is designed to provide interim and supplemental administrative support and does not replace the requirement that each facility maintain a duly designated and Department of Health-approved Administrator of Record at all times. This is a unique opportunity for a proven Administrator who thrives in dynamic environments and is energized by stepping into facilities to provide leadership support, operational stability, and strategic guidance as directed by regional and corporate leadership where it’s needed most.
