About the Role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accountant plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis. You will support effective decision-making across the organisation while ensuring strong financial controls and alignment with regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, variance analysis and commentary) - Perform balance sheet reconciliations (clearing, intercompany, prepayments, leave liabilities, etc.) - Prepare accruals, journals and adjustments for reporting - Support Benefit Fund accounting, including earnings, distributi...
