SUMMARY STATEMENT OF POSITION: Under the supervision of the Assistant Chief Clinical Officer, the Electronic Health Record Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization's electronic health record (EHR) – Credible, providing training and technical assistance to HopeLink employees as needed on use of the EHR. Creates programs and services within the EHR. Processes non-medical billing in conjunction with finance and administrative staff. Compiles data for compliance reports. Completes regular reviews of EHR to ensure completeness and accuracy of clinical and billing documentation and completes and submits reports both internally and externally. Position requires close collaboration with clinical managers and direct service staff, the finance department, and other members of the organization's leadership. This is a Hybrid position where the selected employee will be required to be on-site at our Oakton office location 1-2 days per week.
