We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the Group CEO who will be a strategic and operational partner responsible for helping drive company priorities, improve cross-functional execution, and ensure alignment across the organization. This role combines business strategy, project management, communication, and leadership support. About the Role: The Chief of Staff acts as an extension of the CEO, helping manage key initiatives, preparing for important meetings, coordinating across teams, and ensuring follow-through on strategic goals. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company environment. She/he will be a part of the Executive Management meetings.
