Key Worker Full Time, Fixed Term: Located in Southern Tasmania: About Us: CatholicCare Tasmania (CCT) is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. We have 60 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people and children. About the Role: The Inspire at Home program supports young people aged 12-18 in residential placements. Key Workers have a passion for promoting the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of young people and play a vital role in mentoring Youth Workers in their team to support children and young people to live their best life. Supports provided to our young people are focused on the domains of the Tasmanian Child and Youth Wellbeing Framework - being loved and safe, having material basics, being healthy, learning, participating, and having a positive sense of culture and identity.
