Your Role: - Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items; - Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data; - Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions; - Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation; - Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops; - Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.
