Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to play a key role in supporting and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all new hires. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and excel at multitasking. - Fulltime, Internal Position: Onboarding Specialist - Location: Rockledge, FL - Salary: $45,000-55,000/yr - Bonus: $1,000–$2,000 in monthly incentives - Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Essential Skills & Qualifications: - Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced staffing or high-volume environment. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency. - Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte’ and Fieldglass a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. - Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, dynamic environment. - Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
