Electrical Simulation and Analysis Engineer

Job description

Major Accountabilities: Performs and documents analysis of electronic circuits. Creates simulation models of components and circuits. Prepares scripts to support modelling and simulation activities. Supports programs and engineers in the field of modelling and simulation. Participates in design reviews. Solves technical problems with simulation means. Continuous learning and self-development. Follows Aptiv values and cares for confidential information, company’s property and company good image. Requirements: MSc in Electronics or similar or BSc in Electronics or similar. Knowledge of electronics components and specific types of electronic circuits (analog and digital). Skills related to electronic components modeling and electronic circuits simulation (eg. SPICE, VHDL, IBIS, S-parameter) and knowledge of simulators (eg. Maple, Mathcad, Xpedition AMS, LTSpice, HyperLynx, Ansys Electronics Desktop). Ability to work independently with specific simulation type (eg. WCCA, Transients PI, SI, EM). Min. 1 year of experience on position related to simulation of electronic circuits or similar.
