PRIMARY DETAIL: HEW Level 8 $122,628 - $136,449p.a. plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading Continuing, Full-Time (35 hours per week) Macquarie University (North Ryde): About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning experiences across Macquarie Business School. Reporting to the Learning Design and Production Lead, you will work under the broad direction of the Head of Educational Services and Deputy Dean (Education and Employability). In this role, you will: Design, develop, and implement high-quality curriculum and learning resources across blended, online, and face-to-face delivery, providing expert advice to academic staff on pedagogy and technology Contribute to responsible integration of AI in learning and teaching, advising academics on assessment redesign and the ethical use of generative AI tools in curriculum Manage complex learning design projects from scoping through to delivery, coordinating specialist contributions and maintaining effective stakeholder communication to ensure sustainable, efficient outcomes Proactively contribute to the development of...
