Description Assistant Vice President of Operations Location: DuBois, PA (East Campus): Organization: Penn Highlands Healthcare Position Summary: The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations for the East Campus is responsible for leading the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Behavioral Health services across all product lines, including Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. This role drives growth, operational excellence, and innovation, ensuring the organization maintains a competitive position in the market while meeting all contractual, clinical, and regulatory expectations. The AVP partners with executive leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care and sustainable business outcomes.
