Learn more: jti.com: Senior Talent Systems Manager (SuccessFactors) (m/f/d) Purpose: The position exists to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Talent 2 Value processes (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning and Calibration) within the People & Culture Technology landscape, primarily based on SAP SuccessFactors. The role ensures end-to-end process integrity, solution optimization, and continuous enhancement of Talent processes globally, while serving as a trusted advisor to Business Process Owners and key stakeholders. It operates within a product-oriented delivery model, collaborating with Business, Product Owners, and BTS to drive continuous, value-driven delivery, measurable impact, and long-term product evolution.
