Position Title: Registrar Specialist II Job Group: Professional & Scientific Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: Work experience in catalog and/or curriculum in higher education Work experience interpreting and applying complex policies Work experience demonstrating a strong attention to detail, independent decision-making, and managing multiple priorities and projects Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) such as Workday Student, Banner, or equivalent. Experience developing reports, data loads, or training materials to support academic systems and processes. Job Description: The Registrar Specialist II plays a key role in managing and maintaining accurate course offerings and academic catalog information within the Student Information System (SIS) and Workday Student. This position provides expertise in curriculum processes, eligibility rules, catalog management, reporting, and system integrations, supporting enrollment management, student retention, and degree completion.
