Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

Overview Tyndale is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead onsite 1st shift operations (Monday–Friday, 6:00am - 2:30 PM) at our Bucks County based Distribution Center (DC). This hands-on leader will take ownership of the Inbound departments—Receiving, Returns, and Quality—while also serving as a backup for Outbound operations. You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day performance, ensuring safety and efficiency, and coaching a motivated team to deliver results. In this role, you’ll collaborate with operational leadership to optimize workflows, solve challenges in real time, and keep our DC running smoothly.
